We deliver worldwide (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Please allow the following timeframes for your order to reach you:

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Exchanges: Subject to availability for a different size or color.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us Within 15 Days
    Email our dedicated care team at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided at the end of this page.
  2. Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
    We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack Your Item Securely
    Place the item in its original packaging, include all tags, and seal the parcel securely. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RMA slip inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your proof of postage.
  5. We Process Your Request
    Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email and proceed with your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your refund will be processed with the same care we put into selecting our Autumn Awaits collection.

  • Timing: Once we receive and approve your return, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment account.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. This includes:
    • Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Credited back to your card.
    • PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account.

Please note that shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Important Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:

  • Accessories that are intimate or hygiene-sensitive (e.g., certain types of gloves, if clearly specified as non-returnable for health reasons).
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been worn outdoors.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition: worn, washed, altered, or missing tags.
  • Personalized or made-to-order gifts from our Gifts For Her or Gifts for Men collections.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

We are happy to help you exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to availability. The process is the same as a return:

  • Contact us within the 15-day window to request an exchange.
  • We will guide you to return the original item.
  • Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item to you.
  • If the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange shipping costs (for the new item to you) are covered by us only if the original return was due to our error.
